We reached out our hand to God
A mother and her child
God came to us through Hannah House
For our stay was just a while
Staff, board, residents and volunteers
See us in our midst
Through storms and battles, sorrow and joy
And let us in your heart
For you were sent from God
To help us on our start
You tutor, you teach, you watch our kids
In a world so new, so fresh, so alive
Cause that's what you're about
The love we see from what you do
Is an example to us all, we tip our hat in gratitude
Sisters, proud and tall.
